Homes for Sale on Casey Key

Casey Key is a barrier island that features distinctively large luxury homes. Nearly every home is either on Sarasota Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. Some homes on the bay side even  have their own beach house on the gulf  side directly across the street. Older homes typically are purchased for the land and are torn down to make way for an extraordinary new home. The south end of Casey Key has the only public beach facilities, along with some dining and shopping. The access to Casey Key on the north end is by a swinging bridge that allows only for one car to cross at a time.
